Sensei Mike Sanders has been teaching Karate as an ACTIVSTARS martial arts instructor since 2010. He is a third degree black belt in American Kenpo.
As an instructor he focuses on self-defense, forms, and sparring. His goal is to encourage his students to aim for the moon and land among the stars and to be the best that they can be.
