What CHEER & SOCCER items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- Items that have been customized, WILL NOT be accepted for returns. Custom items include;
- Soccer Jerseys with a custom number printed on the back
- Reversible Pinnies with a custom number printed on the back
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for size changes. Once the exchange has been received by our warehouse staff, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Be sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt of your order.
*We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid based on the condition we receive it in.*
